Summer Camps

Below are links to some of the many options regarding College Summer Camps.  Just to be clear, this is not something that is a must, in order to play college athletics.  These are options if you would like to get exposure to an institution of your choice.  

College Camps, though, can be a very helpful tool to improving your process in selecting a campus that suits you as well as offerring you, the opportunity of being selected to participate in college athletics.  This is by no means a must, but it does not hurt your possibilities.  You cannot replace the experience of staying and competing on a campus were you might spend your next 4 or 5 years of your life. With that said, with multiple college coaches attending, the potential is that much greater.

Summer camps provide college coaches the opportunity to see how you are on a day to day basis on and off the field.  Besides your playing ability and grades/test scores, which are 2 very important aspects, your maturity and decisions off the field are just as important.  Coaches don’t want to be babysitters.  Summer camps give them that chance to see how you are when you’re on your own and making your own decisions.
 
Again, remember these are not a must!  Also, there are plenty more not listed. However, if any of these schools strike your interest please do not hesitate to contact these coaches and let them know what your next event/tournament is, in the near future.
