Picture Days 2009 / Oct 25, Nov 8 & 15, noon to 4pm at Mtn View Park  (8625 E. Mtn View Road)

Picture Days are scheduled as above.  Each coach should have received a "picture package" during the coach meetings held in September.  The picture package consists of a large white envelope with information describing the team and instructions for the coach.  Inside the large white envelope are smaller envelopes for players to read about the picture packages offered and a price list.  The players are to choose a picture package if desired, put payment in the small envelope, and give to the coach on or prior to Picture Day.  The coach puts all player envelopes in the big white envelope and gives to the photographer on Picture Day.

Some coaches may not have a large, white envelope.  Any method of collection will do, but the photographer does need the coach and team information.  Click here to access and print the information requested on the large, white envelope.

Some players may not have the player order envelope.  Click here to display the three pages of information and the one page price list / order form.  To place an order, a completed price list / order form is needed along with payment.  Click here to view (and print) the price list / order form.  Along with payment, this is to be given to the coach on or prior to Picture Day.
