Why Choose the Blackhawk Overnight Camps?
Endorsed by the Scottsdale Soccer Board, the Blackhawk Overnight Summer Camp is not to be missed. The camp will be administered by Kicks Kids, and staffed by the training staff of the Blackhawks. In the summer of 2008, one hundred and twenty Blackhawk players benefited from the Overnight Camp experience.

What are Blackhawk Soccer Overnight Camps?
Our overnight camps offer the opportunity for competitive players and teams to spend a week or weekend with the Blackhawk training staff. Our tailored programs offer the serious soccer player an opportunity to improve their skills and understanding of the game.

 Why should players attend these camps?
We pride ourselves on creating a learning environment conducive to maximum improvement and development. If a player is committed to working hard, we will help them fulfill their potential.

 Who is the Staff?
Chris Brown will direct the 2009 Camps. Chris is the Director of Coaching for the girls division, an Academy Trainer and coaches both boys and girls teams within the Club. Chris has a USSF ‘A’ coaching license and the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.

Mick Reavey, the Director of Coaching for the boys, will be assisting Chris throughout the camp. Mick also possesses the USSF ‘A’ coaching license and the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.

 

 

The remaining staff will comprise of male and female members of the Blackhawks training staff.

 
Location:  Orme School, Mayer, Arizona

Our Overnight Camps are held at the beautiful campus of the Orme School in Mayer, AZ. Located at 4,000 feet in elevation, the school is an ideal opportunity to escape the summer heat and is only an hour drive from the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

 The Orme School provides a cool environment surrounded by tree-lined creek beds and plenty of open areas for play and training purposes. The school also has a huge gymnasium, swimming pool and we have access to the soccer field during the day and at night with floodlights. New for 2009 is all dormitories will have cooling systems installed.

Week Long Program - Sunday (5pm) thru to Thursday (Noon)

High School Boys & Girls Weekend

Blackhawk Age Groups: 95, 94, 93, 92
Friday July 31st - Sunday August 2nd (Code: RC02)     

Weekend Program runs Friday (11am) thru to Sunday (Noon)
