Doug has been teaching the game for over 25 years and is committed to helping players learn and develop to their maximum ability.  Doug attributes his success as a coach to the commitment of his players.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Community Recreation and a Masters Degree in Sports Administration.  Doug joined the Blackhawks Staff in 2014.
